MA, LPC

Starting counseling can feel overwhelming and scary, that is where I come in. It is my job to help you navigate challenging life circumstances and increase your insight and awareness into your own true life path. Having worked with individuals of all different backgrounds, ages, races/ethnicities, etc. I believe you are the expert of you and your experiences. It is my belief that a positive counseling experience includes: non-judgment, empathy, and compassion.

I offer counseling services to adults and children, from a person-centered and Cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I enjoy integrating relaxation and mindfulness into my practice, as well as multicultural and trauma informed approaches. I also utilize a strengths-based approach in helping clients identify strategies and skills.

You may be continuing your journey in counseling, or just beginning; either way I would enjoy working together and helping you become the you that you have always imagined and hoped for.
